We had a night out in Camden, visited The Blue Kitchen for their open night…house band on stage and anyone can swap places with any of the musicians for a jam session.

The level of character and diversity in North London, particularly the Camden music scene, can present examples of humanity’s self-expression where individuals feel liberated from conventional ‘norm’. On this night alone, there was a man who looked like Sylvester Stallone and a Jimi Hendrix cover artist dressed like Liam Gallagher.

I shot these a very long time ago, near the start of my time using cameras. It’s interesting to re-edit old shots using newer techniques…like a collaboration with my younger self.
